Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Participant

• Deposit: A € 750 deposit is required to secure your spot on the painting retreat. This deposit is non-refundable.

• Balance: The remaining balance of the retreat fee is due at the time of booking.

• Refunds: If you cancel your participation:          

  • The €750 deposit is non-refundable.

  • You will receive a refund minus the €750 deposit.

    

Cancellation by the Retreat Organizer

We reserve the right to cancel the retreat if:

• The minimum number of participants has not been reached.

• Unforeseen circumstances make it impossible to run the retreat.

• If we cancel the retreat, you will receive a refund of all fees paid minus the deposit of €750.00.

Important Considerations

• Currency: All fees are in Euros (€).

• Communication: Participants should inform us of any travel plan changes.

• Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any cancellations or changes to the retreat due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, government restrictions, or other "force majeure" events. In such cases, our refund policy may change depending on our ability to recover funds from our suppliers.
