Letitia Hill, artist
Letitia Hill is an accomplished interdisciplinary artist and enthusiastic educator whose work explores agency, modality, and ritual through a female perspective. Hill blends traditional and contemporary materials with meticulous craftsmanship to tell untold stories. With a BFA & Entrepreneurship from Santa Fe University of Art and Design, where she was named Emerging Artist of New Mexico, and an MFA from the National University of Ireland Galway and Burren College of Art completed in 2021, Hill’s practice is rooted in rigorous research into local histories and personal narratives. Her art emphasizes the strength and vulnerability of humanity, highlighting nature’s healing power and women’s empowerment, while her cross-disciplinary approach fosters dialogue across diverse artistic frameworks, enriching viewers’ experiences through a dynamic fusion of contemporary expression.
